Independent Contractor Qualification Process

Starting January 1, 2009,  the administration of the Independent Contractor Qualification Process will be transitioned from the Human Resources Department to the Procurement Department. With this change of administration, the Procurement Department will work with the Human Resources Department to enhance the process to allow for a more efficient flow.

The Independent Contractor Qualification Process is applicable to all individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships and limited liability companies (LLC) that contract for services resulting in payment from the IEEE regardless of the dollar amount.
