Please remember: Standard Hotel and/or Convention Center policies reflect shipment arrival date policies of no earlier than three days prior to the start of the meeting. Please be sure to check with your contact on these policies when selecting your shipping date.

There is a ONE-TIME rental fee of $150.00 per projector. Shipping to/from the desitination will be at an additional charge. All projectors contain: POWER CORD, USB CABLE, standard 6ft VGA cable and WIRELESS REMOTE. 50ft. cables are available. Please indicated qty required in "Additional Comments." A $25 replacement fee will apply for each cable not returned.

Your projector(s) will be shipped insured via UPS or Fedex standard economy ground service (3-5 day service) based upon your required delivery date and size of order. A return shipping label will be included with your rental shipment. You are responsible for ensuring the return shipment is picked up from the event location via the preferred carrier and returned to the IEEE. Projector(s) should be returned in its original packaging.
