EDS Education Award

At the December 2005 EDS AdCom Meeting, EDS approved a new award, the EDS Education Award.  This award recognizes an IEEE/EDS Member from an academic, industrial, or government organization, with distinguished contributions to education within the fields of interest of the IEEE Electron Devices Society.

This award will be presented annually and the recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for US$2500, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM).

Please consider nominating your colleagues from academia as well as government and industry with distinguished contributions in education for this prestigious award.   Please submit the online nomination form for the 2008 award by 1 September 2008, or if you would prefer, you can print the nomination form and mail it to the EDS Executive Office.
