EDS Distinguished Service Award

This award was established in 1993 to recognize and honor outstanding service to the Electron Devices Society and its sponsored activities. It is presented annually and the recipient is awarded a certificate and a check for US$2,500, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting.

Eligibility is open to all active members of the IEEE and the Electron Devices Society; however, no active members of the Electron Devices Society Executive Committee, with the exception of the Sr. Past President, shall be eligible.

Nominations should be sent to Laura Riello (l.riello@ieee.org) of the EDS Executive Office by 30 June.

Although the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) is pleased to invite all individuals and groups in the OFAC embargoed countries to submit nominations for IEEE EDS Awards, the IEEE EDS cannot provide any award monies to members from such countries at this time.
