EDS EDUCATION AWARD

NOMINATION FORM

(Submit by 1 September)

The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites the submission of nominations for the Education Award. This award is presented anually by EDS to honor individual(s) who has made distinguished contributions to education within the field of interest of the Electron Devices Society. The recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for $2,500, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM).


NOMINEE

The recipient must be a distinguished EDS member affiliated with an academic, industrial, or government organization. Factors for consideration include achievements and recognition in such areas as: teaching awards, evaluations by students, curriculum and course development, effectiveness as an educator evidenced by a list of students who have become recognized for their contributions to electron devices, innovative undergraduate, graduate, industrial, and government education programs, textbooks, innovative continuing education programs, and participation and contributions to the EDS Distinguished Lecturer program.
