EDS Paul Rappaport Award
This award was established in 1984 to honor the author(s) of the best paper that has appeared in an EDS publication in the preceding calendar year. It is presented annually and the recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for $2,500, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting.
