New Manuscript Processing Procedure for Electron Device Letters

Effective January 1, 2008, all submissions to the IEEE Electron Device Letters will be processed electronically via IEEE's web-based "Manuscript Central Author Submission and Peer Review System.  To submit manuscripts using this system please click here. In accordance with this new system, please DO NOT send manuscripts directly to the Editor-in-Chief or to the Publications Office. Your manuscript will now be accessed via the Manuscript Central System.

Guidelines on the preparation of manuscripts can be obtained from the IEEE Tools for Authors
