• The Organization Roster website is restricted.
• Only designated volunteers are given access.

• Access is given to:.

• Current Society/Council AdComs/BoGs members
• Current TAB and TAB Committee Members
• Current RAB & RAB Committee members
• Current IEEE Board of Directors
• Current IEEE Committee members
  
• 
  Each of the above volunteers must have an IEEE Web Account.

• Roster access is restricted, however, it is not our intention to deny access to IEEE volunteers that require this information for IEEE business.
• If you require access to the Roster, please contact TAB support.
• Access authorization process may take up to one week

• In addition to being listed in the Organization Roster, volunteers must have an IEEE Web Account established.
• If you have an IEEE Web Account established but still cannot gain access, you might not be listed as a current officer for your entity.

• Register for an IEEE Web Account.  
• Contact roster support staff to verify eligibility.
• Contact the IEEE Helpdesk if you need your IEEE Web Account password reset.

• The most current S/C Officer reporting was not received.
• The most current S/C Officer reporting was sent into Technical Activities within the last week.

• Newly elected officers are required to submit changes their S/C Officers to S/C General Activities support staff
• Organizational Roster information is refreshed every weekend and updates will appear each Monday.
• To report data problems, changes or make inquiries.

• Information is obtained from the IEEE Membership Records Database.
• Volunteer member record must be updated.

• Correct your individual record information. Changes to the IEEE Membership database are immediate, however, they will not appear as changes in the rosters until the following Monday.

• Sign-on/log-on not functional

• Contact the IEEE Helpdesk or roster support staff. Corrections are attempted to be diagnosed and fixed within a 24 hour period. Retry at a later time.

• An IEEE Web Account is necessary in order to use a growing number of IEEE online services including access for eligible volunteers in the Organization Rosters.

• Register for an IEEE Web Account

• A closed paged on Web Registration page is viewed due to site problems.

• Contact the IEEE Helpdesk. (Corrections are attempted to be diagnosed and fixed within a 24 hour period.)

• Volunteer might not be listed as a current officer in the Organization Rosters.
• Volunteer is listed as a current officer and/or eligible for access, but IEEE Web Account is still not working.

• Contact the roster support staff to verify officer reporting.

• LDAP Service is currently down.

• Try logging onto site at a later time.
