Standard Costs

Operator-assisted calls are available for high-profile sessions, or for those where large volume means you'll need support to mute participant lines, field questions, take attendance, announce speaker, etc.

Audio Quality Features
If you need to to mute lines, increase volume, lock your call, etc., ask your Web Conferencing Administrator for information on keypad controls that can help you manage audio interactions.

Options for International Participants

You may request an international toll or toll-free number. You must provide the Web Conference Administrator with a list of participating countries.

You can either ely on an operator or on the integrated audio option to dial out to your
international participants.

One-Way Voice Broadcasting

One-way audio broadcasting gives presenters the ability to deliver a presentation while attendees listen over their internet connection instead of over the phone. A presenter must establish an audio connection for voice delivery. If a presenter dials into a teleconference to deliver audio, the per. minute teleconference rate will apply.  No Attendee cost is incurred. For more info, contact web-conf@ieee.org.
