This course builds on Getting Started with Live Meeting 2005 and teaches advanced functionality and skills for meeting presenters. Participants will learn how to:

• Join a meeting through the Meeting Lobby
• Use the different audio conferencing options
• Move through meeting content and resources
• Manage meeting attendees and control the flow of meetings
• Customize the Meeting Room
• Record a meeting

Live Meeting 2005 Interactive Lab
This course provides a highly interactive experience with hands-on use of the presenter tools introduced in the Getting Started and Next Steps for Presenters courses. Using an open agenda format, participants not only “learn by doing”, they also have the opportunity to engage with and ask questions of an expert Live Meeting instructor.

Presenting in a Virtual Environment
This course provides an overview on how to manage virtual presentations in various meeting scenarios. Participants will learn the Live Meeting tools and best practices recommended for effectively managing three primary meeting scenarios:

• Small meetings
• Medium-sized presentations
• Large-scale events
