Travel, Inc. guarantees the lowest available airfare
for available seats at the time of
reservation. If World Travel fails to provide
the lowest available airfare, you can do the
following.
- Inform World Travel immediately that a
lower fare is available prior to the
date of travel. You must present verification of
the airfare utilizing comparable factors
as outlined below.
- World Travel will verify that the seat
is available at the lower fare.
- Prior to date of travel, World Travel
will reimburse the difference between
the reserved airfare and the lowest applicable
airfare or rebook the itinerary at the
lower rate.
Verification of lower airfare must include the
comparable factors outlined below:
- Search must be conducted on the same
day/time as rate quoted by World Travel,
Inc., as airlines consistently change flight
schedules and pricing.
- Lower airfare must be for the same
date, time, and arrival/departure
location.
- Class of service must the same, i.e.,
economy seat class K, L, M, etc.
