I-309. Voting Privileges
- At meetings of the Assembly and of the Board
of Directors, voting privileges are granted
only to members elected to these bodies when
participating in such meetings; voting
privileges at meetings of Standing Committees
of the Board of Directors, and subcommittees
thereof are limited to those serving on such
bodies unless specifically approved otherwise
in advance by the Board of Directors.
