13.5 Announcement and Publication of Results of IEEE Elections and Referenda The IEEE President or an individual designated by the President shall make a public announcement of the results of the IEEE elections and referenda, which shall be published, with counts, in the first available issue of IEEE SPECTRUM or THE INSTITUTE.
