Award Description
| Recognizes IEEE members who are past members of the EAB or current or past members of EAB Committees (other than currently serving on Awards and Recognition Committee) for outstanding and sustained service to the aims and objectives of the IEEE Educational Activities Board. |

Candidates must be current IEEE Members who are past members of EAB, current or past members of EAB Committees, but not current voting members of the EAB Awards and Recognition Committee. |

The award consists of a brass and walnut plaque and up to US$2000 in travel expenses to receive the award. |
