Electronic Newsletters

It is important to understand that no Section should go "all" electronic. IEEE Sections are required to distribute at least one hard-copy mailing to all Section members at least once each year.  The mailing can be as small as a postcard, and should contain the following information: 

1. How to subscribe to the Section email list
2. The URL for the Section's web page
3. How members can update membership information in the IEEE master database ( www.ieee.org/coa)
