Training for Geographic Unit Leaders - this training assumes you have been recently elected to a position within a Geographic Unit (Region, Section, Chapter, Affinity Group) and want to quickly learn the basics of your position. You’ve been elected to a position for the next year, and you want to get off to a good start. Officer Job Descriptions - this page has a summary of duties for the volunteers that may participate in a Section’s management, and the type and level of activity planned for the year. Unit Calendar - lists a year of IEEE Section officer duties. Required Reporting - explains which reports are required from your unit by IEEE Headquarters and has links to the necessary forms. MGA Board Operations Manual - in Section 9 of this Manual, you will find operational guidelines and requirements for each Geographical Unit (Sections, Chapters, etc.) IEEE Organizational Roster - lists volunteers on the Member and Geographic Activities and Technical Activities Boards. Access to this roster is granted to every IEEE Officer who is currently listed in either the Geographic and/or Technical Organization Rosters. Letter to Employer - a letter of commendation for your volunteer activity to be sent to your employer. Information on Student Branch Operations, including job descriptions.
