Solid-State Circuits Society Pre-Doctoral Fellowship



Description

 Recognizes the academic record and promise of students in Ph.D. programs in the areas of Solid State Circuits.


Prize

 Up to U S $25,000 ($15,000 stipend, up to $8,000 in tuition and fees and $2,000 to the student's department for research support). Funded by the Solid-State Circuits Society.


Eligibility

 Must have completed at least one (1) year of graduate study and be in a Ph.D. program in the area of solid-state circuits. Must be an IEEE member or Student member.


Basis for Judging

 Academic record and promise, graduate study program and plans, and need.


Deadline

 15 May (annually)
