How it Works

IEEE Journals Library Plus is delivered via the IEEE Xplore digital library. Subscribers will have instant, full-text access to any current year IEEE journal and magazine article (including Spectrum and Proceedings of the IEEE) with a rolling backfile of 2 years—simply click on the PDF link and the article will automatically open. These articles views do not count against the total document counter.

IEEE Journals Library Plus subscribers can also view any IEEE conference proceeding and IEEE journal article older than 2 years. These articles can be downloaded into the online file cabinet for access at any time, by anyone in the company. As articles are downloaded, the document counter will be debited to indicate the number of downloads remaining.

 


How to Subscribe

IEEE Journals Library Plus is available as a yearlong subscription. This includes unlimited, full-text access to all current year IEEE journals and magazines, along with 500 document downloads.

Annual subscription price: US$24,995

Subscribers may also replenish their document downloads throughout the subscription year:

  • 500 articles at US$11/pdf—US$5,500
  • 1,000 articles at US$10/pdf—US$10,000
