Primary Delegate/Other Attendees $US400* Registration fee for the Primary Delegate/Other Attendee includes all meal functions and Congress events, including the IEEE Honors Ceremony.
Partners (Adult) $US225 Registration fee includes breakfast for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and the evening events on Friday and Saturday including the IEEE Honors Ceremony.
Children (ages 6 -  12) $US125 Registration fee includes breakfast for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and the evening events on Friday and Saturday including IEEE Honors Ceremony.
Children (ages 5 and under) $0 Complimentary

* Section Primary Delegate fee waived   

Primary Delegate
MGA will cover the registration fee for one primary delegate from each Section.
All other expenses are to be covered by the Region or Section

The following criteria has been established for a primary Section delegate:

  1. A primary delegate is a member of the Section designated by the Section Executive Committee to represent the Section at Sections Congress. 

  2. It is strongly encouraged that the individual be a first time Sections Congress attendee and the Sections should try to fund a younger member (i.e., GOLD).

  3. The primary delegate must be of Graduate Student Member grade or higher.  Associate and Student members are not eligible to serve in this capacity.

  4. A Section must be current in all reporting requirements (meeting, officer and financials) in order to send a primary delegate.   A Region Director can approve an exemption to this requirement.
