hotels for the 2008 IEEE Sections
Congress are currently sold out (Hilton
Quebec, Chateau Laurier, Loews
LeConcorde). IEEE Meeting &
Conference Management (MCM),
upon consultation with the Quebec City
delegation, are providing
attendees with a list of recommended
hotels for accommodations:
*Hotel rates quoted are
approximate at time of compilation of the
information (29 July 2008) and may be
higher/lower at time of booking.
IEEE-MCM makes no guarantee of
availability at time of booking
nor provides any rating of hotel
accommodation.
Please note: The
below information is for those who had
previously registered for Sections Congress
and have a confirmed reservation
in one of the three main hotels. For

Rates do not include Federal
Goods and Services Tax (GST = 5%), a
Provincial Sales Tax (PST=7.5%), and
city tax of $2.00 CDN per
room, per night.
