Registration &  Housing is Now Closed

The deadline has now passed for advanced registration.  All who wish to attend Sections Congress who have not yet registered, may register onsite at Sections Congress beginning Thursday, 18 September.

The deadline has now passed for submission of hotel reservation requests.  All attendees who require hotel accommodations may make reservations on their own directly with the local hotels within Quebec City.

Please be advised the selected hotels for the 2008 IEEE Sections Congress are currently sold out (Hilton Quebec, Chateau Laurier, Loews LeConcorde).  

The 2008 IEEE Honors Ceremony will be held on Saturday, 20 September at 6:00 p.m. All attendees of Sections Congress are encouraged to attend. Click here for more information about the IEEE Honors Ceremony.
