Transportation to Meeting Series

The recommended form of ground transportation between the airport and the Condado Plaza Hotel is taxi cab transportation.

Taxi service is located outside of the baggage claim area of all terminals.

After you have claimed your luggage, step outside and look for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Tourism Company booth. If there is no booth, you may look for Tourism Company representative wearing orange shirts with the logo seen below.

The representative from the Tourism Company will provide you with a Tourism Taxi Voucher (hyperlink) and assist you with hiring a taxi.

As of 31 October 2008, taxi rates between the airport and the Condado Plaza Hotel are $15.00 per trip plus $1.50 gas surcharge and $1.00 for each bag. Cash payment is recommended.  Be advised that many taxis display a sign saying they accept credit cards, but the drivers will not accept a credit card payment.

If you prefer, private car service is also available. Recommended Car Company is Adames Luxury Transportation and Services Inc.

Please note there is no other recommended form of public transportation (bus, subway, etc.) between the airport and the hotel.
