Any materials being shipped to the Hotel MUST be marked as follows:

All boxes marked "IEEE" will be delivered to the Volunteer Resource Center.  Boxes not marked with "IEEE" will be held in the guest services, and a message will be left in your guest room.

The Condado Plaza will not accept packages more than 4 days prior to your arrival date and all packages must be removed within 4 days upon conclusion of the program. The Hotel must be provided with a detailed list of all shipment invoices with tracking numbers.

Outgoing Shipments/Packages:
All shipments must have a complete shipping request form attached to the package.
