Volunteer Resource Center

The IEEE Volunteer Services & Information Center will be available to all attendees of the Meeting Series as a "one stop shop" for your business needs.

Tuesday, 11 November:   

   2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Wednesday, 12 November: 

   7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Thursday, 13 November: 

   7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Friday, 14 November: 

   7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday, 15 November: 

   7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Sunday, 16 November:

   7:00 am - 5:00 pm


The Resource Center will be located in room Salon A&B, on the second level of the hotel.

An IEEE I.T. Technician will be available from Tuesday through Sunday during the  published office hours for any technical assistance you may require.

The Volunteer Resource Center contains:

  • Standard desktop computers with Internet Access and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • High-speed Broadband access for you to plug in your personal computer to check e-mail;
  • Wireless Internet Access;
  • Wireless printer;
  • High speed photocopier;
  • Standard Office Supplies:
    FedEx forms/envelopes, standard size envelopes
    note pads, pens, paper clips, stapler, floppy disks and blank CDs.

PLEASE NOTE : Telephones to place outside calls are not available in the office.
