Quick Start Training for Geographic Unit Leaders
Announcing Quick Start Training The MGA Leadership Training Initiative Ad Hoc Committee is proud to announce the release of the Quick Start Training (for Geographic Unit Leaders), a new training program designed for Geographic Unit Officers in their first 30 days in office. Quick Start Training was developed to help new Officers more quickly understand the roles and responsibilities of their positions and begin the process of member engagement. Positions included in the initial launch of Quick Start Training are: Section Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Technical Chapter Chair.
