The Society focuses on the devices, equipment, techniques and systems related to broadcast technology, including the production, distribution, transmission, and propagation aspects.
The IEEE Broadcast Technology Society has 9 chapters and members in 64 countries worldwide. They sponsor the IEEE Annual Broadcast Symposium and the International Broadcasting Convention.
