IEEE publishes more than 500 leading-edge conference proceedings every year. All IEEE conference titles can be found in the IEEE digital library (IEEE Xplore)® or searched via Microsoft Excel spreadsheets that include data such as conference titles, meeting dates and locations, ISBNs (if applicable), and subscription package information.

Identify the IEEE Conference Proceeding

Use the IEEE Conference Search to find an appropriate conference to submit your paper to by searching call for papers deadlines and other conference details including IEEE sponsoring organizations. Use IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing

To ensure that each conference article meets the PDF specifications required by the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, IEEE has created automated online processes that convert author-created source documents into Xplore-compliant PDFs. These conversions are the basis of eXpress Conference Publishing and are available for free to Conference Organizers via the stand-alone tool  IEEE PDF eXpress™ or as part of the full range of services incorporated in the fee-based IEEE Conference eXpress.

First, be sure that all required documentation for IEEE conferences has been submitted. Then compare what services are provided to you by using either IEEE Conference eXpress or PDF eXpress.
