IEEE publishes print, online, and e-mail newsletters covering technologies, careers, IEEE news, news from IEEE Societies, and issues of interest to local or geographic regions.
IEEE members receive "The Institute" newsletter as a member benefit. The Institute, the newspaper of IEEE which is mailed quarterly to all members, is also available monthly on the Internet. In all of its formats, The Institute features stories about IEEE activities, member profiles, conference information, important member dates and deadlines, IEEE election news, and career guidance.

Many IEEE societies have newsletters focusing on their specific technologies and society activities. |
Members of the IEEE are automatically assigned to one of 10 IEEE regions worldwide. Region newsletters allow members to share technical, professional and personal interests with others in their part of the world. |
IEEE section newsletters provide invaluable local communication for members in the same general location. There are more than 307 IEEE sections around the globe. |
