If you have agenda items, please send the action/discussion topic(s) along with supporting documentation by Friday, 20 January 2012, to the designated Publications staff member listed below. For your convenience, guidelines, and forms are available to assist you when submitting agenda items.

• PSPB Caucus/Meeting agendas – send to Josephine Germano

• PSPB OpCom/FinCom agendas – send to Josephine Germano

Each agenda item should indicate the submitter sponsoring the item and the following information:

• Executive Summary (should include the rationale)
• Proposed Action (if appropriate)
• Implementation Date
• Financial implications (DOC, 31.5 KB)
• Pros and Cons
• Background

All preliminary agendas will be posted on or about Tuesday, 31 Jan 2012. To insure all agendas are prepared and available for review, it is requested that all supporting documentation is received by Friday, 20 Jan 2012.
