On behalf of Gianluca Setti, 2013 Vice President - Publication Services and Products, the next IEEE Publication Services and Products Board meeting series will be held on 28 June 2013, at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, San Diego, CA, USA.

The meeting announcement, which details all hotel information, air transportation, meetings, etc., is distributed by our IEEE Meeting Planning Services (MPS) department. Meeting information pertaining to this meeting series can be found at IEEE Meeting Planning Services.

If you have agenda items, please send the action/discussion topic(s) along with supporting documentation by Friday, 24 May 2013, to the designated Publications staff member listed below. For your convenience, guidelines and forms are available to assist you when submitting agenda items.

• PSPB Meeting agendas – send to Josephine Germano
• PSPB SPC Meeting agenda – send to Josephine Germano
• PSPB OpCom/FinCom agendas – send to Josephine Germano

Each agenda item should indicate the submitter sponsoring the item and the following information:

• executive summary (should include the rationale);
• proposed action (if appropriate);
• implementation date;
• financial implications (DOC, 32 KB);
• pros and cons;
• background.

All preliminary agendas will be posted on or around Tuesday, 11 June 2013. To ensure all agendas are prepared and available for review, it is requested that all supporting documentation is received by Friday, 24 May 2013.
