On behalf of Jon G. Rokne, 2009 Vice President - Publication Services and Products, we are pleased to announce that the next IEEE Publication Services and Products Board meeting series will be held from 18 - 20 November 2009, at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, NJ USA.

The meeting announcement, which details all hotel information, air transportation, meetings, etc. is distributed by our IEEE Meeting Planning Services (MPS) department. Meeting information pertaining to this meeting series can be found online at  IEEE Meeting Planning Services.

If you have agenda items, please send the action/discussion topic(s) along with supporting documentation by Monday, 19 October 2009, to the designated Publications staff member listed below. For your convenience, guidelines and forms are available to assist you when submitting agenda items.
