Authors and co-authors have an opportunity to purchase reprints of their articles published in IEEE magazines, journals, transactions, and letters.

The first 100 reprints include shipping via UPS inside the US. Airfreight delivery, additional handling, and shipping charges will be added and are listed on the order form.
Rates for black & white reprints can be found on the reprint order form (PDF, 288 KB). Please include this amount in your total if applicable.
Reprints will be shipped approximately four to six weeks after the Transactions or Journal has been mailed. Orders in excess of US$1,000 must have a purchase order included. Please include a phone number, fax, or e-mail address in case you need to be notified of any changes in your order.
Payment information:
Orders must currently be made by printing our order form and faxing or mailing it to us. All payments must be made in US Dollars. If paying by charge please fax or mail in your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner's Club. Please do not send cash.

IEEE provides authors and co-authors an opportunity to purchase reprints of their articles published in IEEE magazines.
When ordering black and white reprints, all pages must be printed in black and white, therefore any pages containing color will have to be converted. There is an additional conversion charge of US$45 per page. Please include this amount in your total if applicable.
The reprints will be shipped approximately four to six weeks after the magazine has been mailed. If your organization requires a P.O. number, please include it when ordering. Please include a phone number, fax, or e-mail address in case you need to be notified of any changes in your order.
Note: Bulk order copies of magazines are available but only in limited quantities, please contact Nicole Evans for further details.

Payment information:
An invoice is generated once your order has been shipped. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. If paying by charge please fax or mail in your order.
