Below are the details for submitting both a paper and graphics to the IEEE Magazines Department.
Submission guidelines basics
Please be prepared to submit the following elements with your manuscript:
- an electronic text file;
- electronic files of each of your figures in their original format, named fig1, fig2, etc.;
- a high-quality PDF of your article and figures;
- a signed IEEE Copyright Release Form (PDF, 28 KB);
- author contact information.
Electronic submission guidelines
In addition to text and graphics files, authors are required to submit a high-quality PDF of both text and graphics. The editors require a PDF in case the author has used unusual fonts, or if there are problems with a graphic file. The PDF should be of the highest possible quality. Please be sure to provide the IEEE managing editor with your e-mail address (for questions and proofs), and mailing address and phone number (for delivery of complimentary copies).
