IEEE provides usage reports to its organizational subscribers upon request. This free service provides secure access to subscriber-specific usage information on a monthly basis.
Usage statistics require a username/password, which may be acquired from IEEE Customer Service. Only one username/password account is issued per subscription, and only the primary contact with a subscription will be given access information.
Customer statistics for the last calendar year appear at our COUNTER (Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources) compliant statistics site. This site includes COUNTER reports one through five, plus additional reports covering usage of both IEEE conferences and standards.
