![]() | IEEE Client Services Managers have traveled around the world to solicit feedback on the features most desired by our academic, corporate and government customers in user group meetings, during Web conferences, in sessions with IEEE’s Library Advisory Council members, in one-on-one design phase and integration testing, and throughout the quality assurance process. The new look of IEEE Xplore, its powerful search engine, personalization features and enhanced navigability combine to reflect these discussions with our international user community. |

These objective tests provided a detailed analysis of the participants’ experience with IEEE Xplore, and complemented the user feedback gathered in-house by IEEE. |
