IEEE Still Top Cited Publisher in Patents

IEEE remains the most-cited publisher in new patents, according to the 2011 report by 1790 Analytics LLC. The report revealed that IEEE journals and conference proceedings received more than 127,000 patent citations—nearly three times the number of citations of any other publisher.
IEEE Offers Tutorials in Multiple Languages

IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional association, has launched 11 tutorials in seven languages as part of the organization’s online training and support program for the IEEE Xplore digital library.
