spacer

This page illustrates saving, registering and using Web Ads.

  1. Browse the Web Ad section and choose up to three ads you would like to use.
  2. When you find an ad you want, make note of the Web Ad # under the graphic. You may also use your mouse to select and copy the number. See illustration below.
  3. Open the Web Ad Registration Form by clicking on REQUEST THIS AD. The form will open in a new browser window.
  4. Fill in all required fields on the form. Enter or paste the Web Ad # in the appropriate field.
  5. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  6. Click on the Submit button.
  7. Return to the Browse Web Ads page. Place your pointer on the ad you selected and right-click with your mouse (Mac users, click and hold).
  8. In the pop-up menu, select "Save Picture As..." to save the image to your computer.
  9. Note the URL to which the ad must link when it is placed on your site.

You are now ready to place this Web Ad on your own IEEE site.

Web Ad Registration Form Help
The images below show several details from the Web Ad Registration Form. When registering a Web Ad, please fill all fields in the top section of the form, providing your name, organization and contact information.

The next section of the form allows you to register up to three Web Ads. Every Web Ad on the Browse Web Ads pages is followed by a Web Ad number. Use your mouse to select and copy this number and paste it into the appropriate section of the form (see below for an illustration).
