During IEEE Sections Congress 2014 (SC2014) Breakout Sessions, speakers share information on specific topics with attendees, leaving time for a question and answer period. The following three program tracks have been established:

  • Enhance Member Satisfaction
  • Improve Volunteer Experience
  • Reach Globally with Local Touch

In addition to attending five 75-minute traditional Breakout Sessions throughout the weekend, attendees will be offered several new program options, including Learning Labs and Ignite Sessions.

Learning Labs

For Section leaders interested in learning more about a particular IEEE tool, Learning Labs are ten- to 25-minute sessions providing live demonstrations on resources from MGA, Technical Activities, Educational Activities, and other IEEE organizational units.
