Financial Implications Form (DOC, 33 KB) - This form is required for all agenda items requesting an action by the IEEE Board of Directors involving financial implications. This form must be completed and included with the agenda submission. IEEE Presentation Template (PPT, 304 KB) - The IEEE Presentation Template is to be used when preparing and submitting presentations for the IEEE Board of Directors agendas. Agenda items and all supporting documentation should be sent to the Board support staff at corp-agenda@ieee.org Activity and Archive of Board 30-Day Review/Approval Process.
