Scope

One of IEEE’s three to five year goals is: ”IEEE will operate as a model global association…”. No one seems to be against this goal, but, in spite of that, progress towards the goal has been slow. The purpose of the Ad Hoc is to examine the causes of the slow progress and recommend specific actions the Board and the Organizational Units can take to accelerate progress.
