For each item in your shopping cart, all available shipping methods are presented in a pull-down window, based on the address selected for that order.
For membership purchases, the shipping method and carrier will be shown as "N/A". Print publications associated with your membership(s) will be shipped via standard surface mail if your selected address is in the United States; via airmail if outside the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times for IEEE Subscription Products
There are two ways to change your shipping address in the IEEE shopping area. 1. In the My Account section, click on "Address Profile". You can then create a new address, delete an address from your file, or edit an existing address. This last option is also used to designate a primary address. 2. Before completing your transaction, you can "Select" the address to which you wish to have your order shipped.
Items in your order will be shipped to the address you select for that order. However, all subscriptions and membership mailings will be shipped to your primary address. Your IEEE member section assessment will also reflect your primary address.
When purchasing IEEE products, you acknowledge and agree that the materials are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Laws and Regulations. Read complete IEEE Export Restrictions.
Ordered journals, magazines, and other periodicals are deemed delivered to the member upon IEEE submission of the periodical materials to the U.S. Postal Service (“USPS”) for member addresses in the United States or Canada, or to a USPS postal qualified wholesaler for addresses in other countries, with prepaid postage or charges as required for the relevant service class and destination, addressed to the address provided by the member. Upon satisfying such delivery conditions, IEEE is without further responsibility or risk and no dues or fees shall be subject to any refund for periodicals non-receipt caused for any reason. When IEEE is advised of such failed receipt of periodical materials and is provided with a corrected address if needed, IEEE will resend a replacement copy of the non-received materials (if available), but has no other duty or obligation.
Air freight service is available to all subscribers outside the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. By using air freight, you will save from four to five weeks delivery time in Europe, and up to six months to South America and the Far East. Air freight rates are in addition to the regular subscription fee. Please contact customer service for air freight rates. Please note: Air freight service is not available for prior year subscriptions, or replacement issues.
Some items may periodically be out of stock. You will not be charged for the product or delivery until the product is shipped.
