Change Your IEEE Web Account Username, Password, Security Identifier, and/or E-mail Address |

You will need an IEEE Web Account to access all of these services. Learn more about IEEE Web Accounts.
To change your username, password, security identifier, and/or e-mail address, you must log in to the My Account section of the IEEE shopping area using your IEEE Web Account. Then follow the steps below.
Change Your Username or Security Identifier

Click "Change Username" on the right side of the page. The "Change Username and/or Security Identifier Information" page will be present. Follow the prompts. Click "Save" when you are finished making your changes. |
Change Your Password

Click "Change Password" on the right side of the page. Follow the prompts, entering your "Current password" and your "New password" in the appropriate fields. When you are satisfied with the changes you have made, click "Save." |
Change Your E-Mail Address

Click on "Change E-Mail Address" on the right side of the page. Your "Personal Profile" page will be present. Delete your current e-mail address and add a new one. You may also add additional e-mail addresses at this screen. You will be prompted to approve this change via the electronic signature check at the bottom of the page. When you are done, click "Save" and your changes will be reflected.
