At meetings of the Assembly, Executive
Committee, and Board of Directors,
voting privileges are granted only to members
elected to these bodies when
participating in such meetings; voting
privileges at meetings of Standing
Committees of the Executive Committee, Board of
Directors, and subcommittees thereof are limited
to those serving on such bodies unless
specifically approved otherwise in advance by
the Executive Committee.
