Fiscal Year. The fiscal year for IEEE shall be
the calendar year.
IEEE Assets. Assets within each IEEE
organizational unit, from whatever source
derived, are the property of IEEE. All
such assets, regardless of the form and
location in which they are kept, shall be
maintained under the legal name the Institute
of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,
Incorporated.
