9.18 Responsibility for IEEE Electronic Mail Policies The Information Technology Strategy Committee shall be responsible for maintaining IEEE Electronic Mail Policies, including IEEE E-Mail Acceptable Use Practices. Proposed changes will be forwarded to the Board of Directors by electronic means and adopted if no member of the Board objects thirty days after such circulation. In the case of an objection the proposed changes will be reviewed at the next Board of Directors meeting. |
