Printer Friendly

Upon the receipt of the IEEE Conference Publication Form, the Conference Publication Program (CPP) will issue a Letter of Acquisition (LoA) with information required for publishing your conference proceedings.  The LoA is a formal agreement between your conference and IEEE.  Make sure to read, sign and return the LoA to the CPP at confpub@ieee.org

The following information will be specified in the LoA.

  • Correct titling information to be used by the Conference.  Please check that all your material uses the correct title exactly as identified in the LoA.
  • Material required to be sent to the CPP.  An IEEE Xplore-compliant CD is mandatory.  Additional print copies, CDs, USBs, etc. may be requested if produced for the conference.
  • Catalog numbers that must appear in your publication.
  • Copyright information - this information must be shared with your authors before their PDFs are created.
  • Acquisition payment information if applicable.
  • Shipping instructions.
  • Information on the use of the IEEE Master Brand.

Please adhere to all requirements outlined in your LoA.  Non-adherence will delay the availability of your conference proceedings in Xplore and the indexing of individual papers.
