You will receive a written response confirming receipt of your application.  Please note that the application review process can take up to four weeks from the date of receipt of your form.  In the event IEEE agrees to make your program(s)/course(s) available to its membership, you will be asked to complete a Letter of Agreement, the terms of which will be determined and mutually agreed upon through a later discussion.
