SCOOP

SCOOP is a monthly newsletter created as a means of communication from IEEE Member and Geographic Activities to Section, Area, and Council Chairs and Treasurers, Section Webmasters, and Newsletter Editors.  SCOOP is automatically sent via e-mail to these volunteers each month, starting from the time their names are recorded in the Officer Roster.
