Joining the IEEE Mentoring Connection Program

Participation in the IEEE Mentoring Connection program is open to all higher grade members. Enter the program by going to The Mentoring Connection Web site and using the Group ID "IEEE2006". Once there, you will need to set your own user ID and password.

The program is designed to have the mentee be the director of their mentoring partnership. This means the mentee will decide what he or she is looking for in a mentor and begin their search within our present database of those IEEE members who have volunteered to be a mentor. The mentee can search by geographic location, technical competencies, or gender.
