This publication will publish peer-reviewed articles that present emerging trends and practices in industrial electronics product research and development, key insights, and tutorial surveys in the theory and application of electronics, controls, communications, instrumentation and computational intelligence to industrial and manufacturing systems.

IEEE JOURNAL OF SELECTED TOPICS IN SIGNAL PROCESSING
Each issue of this publication will cover a single topical area related to: the theory and application of filtering, coding, transmitting, estimating, detecting, analyzing, recognizing, synthesizing, recording, and reproducing signals by digital or analog devices or techniques with a tutorialstyle article supported by several, shorter articles. This journal will examine breakthroughs in signal processing at the nexus of other technical and scientific disciplines.

IEEE NANOTECHNOLOGY MAGAZINE
This publication is targeted toward a broad audience including practicing engineers and students. The contents will include application oriented articles as well as tutorials, surveys, industry news, research news, education news, policy news, opinion pieces, book reviews, updates on people, introduction to new tools and techniques, funding and meetings news, patent summary, and commercialization.

IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON NETWORK AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT
This publication will cover state-of-art and practical applications of network and service management including both theoretical research and applied contributions. Topics include the key technical issues related to management models, architectures and frameworks, service provision- ing, reliability and quality assurance, management functions, enabling technologies for management, information and communication models, policies, and management applications and case studies.

IEEE SYSTEMS JOURNAL
This publication provides a systems-level, focused forum for application-oriented manuscripts that address complex systems and system-of-systems of national and global significance, including complexity, integration, inter-operability, dynamics, communication, effectiveness, ethics, and completeness.
