Electronic Submission Guidelines
In
addition to text and graphics
files, authors are required to
submit a high-quality PDF of
both text and graphics. The
editors require a PDF in
case the author has used
unusual fonts, or if there
are problems with a graphic
file. The PDF should be of
the highest possible
quality. Please be sure to
provide the IEEE managing
editor with your e-mail address
(for questions and proofs), and
mailing address and phone number
(for delivery of complimentary copies).
